Ancient Healing Consultancy
Combine ancient knowledge, current data, and your personal needs into a single roadmap.
Instead of recommending the same herb, the same treatment, or the same program to everyone, we consider your physical condition, lifestyle, emotional burdens, medications you are using, beliefs, and culture all together.
What's suitable and what's not suitable for you will be separated; a safe, understandable, and implementable plan will be prepared.
Let's determine together which method is right for you.
You don't have to get lost among the diverse advice you find online.
Ancient Healing Consulting is a holistic assessment conducted to understand your needs, risks, priorities, and desired outcome before proceeding directly to any treatment.
- Your current health information and the products you use will be reviewed together.
- Your diet, sleep, exercise, stress, and daily routine will be assessed.
- Ancient knowledge, temperament approaches, and your Islamic sensitivities are taken into consideration.
- The necessity of practices such as cupping, dry cupping, acupuncture, or leech therapy is discussed.

What is Ancient Healing Counseling?
Ancient Healing Consulting is a process of creating a personalized well-being and expertise roadmap by evaluating health and life knowledge from the past in conjunction with today's conditions.
The word "ancient" doesn't simply describe something being old. It refers to knowledge gained through observation, experience, and ways of life passed down through generations. However, the fact that knowledge is ancient doesn't automatically mean it's true or reliable in every case and for every person.
Pearl Therapy therefore does not rely solely on ancient knowledge. It considers the individual's current diagnoses, tests, medications and supplements, age, daily life, emotional burdens, nutrition, sleep, and goals all together.
Ancient Knowledge
The Islamic medical tradition, including the approach to temperament, seasonality, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and daily routine, is explained in an understandable way.
Current Data
Scientific research, official health data, and current diagnostic and testing methods are not disregarded.
Personalized Plan
Not everyone is given the same prescription. The procedures are arranged according to importance and safety.
Expert Coordination
When necessary, doctors, psychologists, dieticians, therapists, and practitioners are all involved in a plan to achieve the same goal.
In short: Ancient Healing Consulting is not about finding a "one-size-fits-all solution." It's a holistic starting point that determines which steps are right for you, which might be unnecessary or risky, and which specialist should be involved in the process.
Who is Ancient Healing Consulting Suitable For?
This consultation is not only for those with an illness. Those who want to protect their health, get their lifestyle back on track, or safely compare different methods can also apply.
Those who hear a lot of advice but can't figure out which one is right for them.
Those who want the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects to be considered together.
For those who want to make their sleep, nutrition, exercise, rest, and stress management routines more manageable.
Those who want to evaluate whether herbs, teas, oils, or supplements conflict with medications and their health condition.
Those who want to know which methods, such as cupping, dry cupping, acupuncture, or leech therapy, are worth considering.
Those who want consideration given to issues such as healing, treatment, reliance on God, halal content, and privacy.
Which topics can be addressed together?
- General well-being and daily routine,
- Sleep and rest habits,
- Dietary patterns and meal habits,
- Movement, exercise and inactivity,
- Stress, anxiety, and emotional burdens,
- Low energy levels and a constant feeling of fatigue,
- Lifestyle habits that affect digestive regularity,
- Weight and metabolic health goals,
- Women's different life stages,
- Lifestyle adapted to seasonal changes,
- The use of natural products, plants, and supplements,
- The choice of traditional practice,
- Mental and spiritual well-being,
- More regular monitoring of the current treatment process.
These headings are not a list of medical diagnoses. Depending on the individual's condition, examination, testing, or treatment by a relevant healthcare professional may be necessary.
What is evaluated in ancient healing counseling?
Health is not reduced to a single symptom. Two people experiencing the same complaint may have different daily routines, medical histories, medications, and needs.
1. Reason for Application
Your experience, how long it has been going on, and what you expect from the counseling will be clarified.
2. Medical History
Known diagnoses, surgeries, examinations, allergies, and ongoing health checkups are discussed.
3. Medicines and Supplements
Prescription drugs, over-the-counter products, herbs, teas, vitamins, and oils are all listed together.
4. Diet
Meal times, water intake, frequently consumed foods, and habits that cause difficulties for the individual are evaluated.
5. Sleep and Biological Rhythms
Sleep-wake cycles, nighttime awakenings, quality of rest, and energy levels throughout the day are examined.
6. Movement and Rest
Daily movement, exercise, physical exertion, work routine, and rest balance are discussed.
7. Emotional Burdens
Stress, fear, grief, family problems, subconscious patterns, and emotional cycles affecting the body are evaluated.
8. Environment and Seasons
Climate, working environment, light, weather, seasonal changes, and daily environmental loads are all taken into consideration.
9. Belief and Culture
Halal content, worship procedures, privacy, family culture, and the compatibility of the plan with your values will be discussed.
Ultimately, it's not a long and impractical list of recommendations; rather, it establishes a clear sequence of things to do first, things to wait for, and things requiring expert evaluation.
Knowledge of Temperament and the Ancient Way of Life
In classical medical traditions, people's body types, preferences for hot and cold, dry and humid conditions, ages, seasons, and habits are not considered the same. The concept of temperament has been used to explain these differences.
Classical temperament names, known as damavi, safravi, balgami, and sevdavi, were historically used as a framework to help understand a person's tendencies, reactions to their environment, and daily routine.
Damavi
In classical terminology, temperament is approached in terms of warm and humid characteristics.
Safravî
In classical terminology, temperament is approached in terms of warm and dry characteristics.
Phlegmatic
In classical descriptions, temperament is approached in terms of characteristics associated with cold and humid traits.
Sevdavi
In classical terminology, temperament is approached as being associated with cold and dry characteristics.
Six Basic Principles in the Classical Medical Tradition
In Ibn Sina's work and the classical Islamic medical tradition, the preservation of health was considered not solely through food or medicine, but also through fundamental aspects of life:
- Air and environment: Location, season, temperature, ventilation, and environmental conditions.
- Food and beverages: Quantity, timing, preparation, and suitability for the individual are all factors, as well as what is eaten.
- Movement and rest: The balance between exercising the body and allowing it to recover.
- Sleep and wakefulness: Sleep time, duration, quality, and day-night rhythm.
- Holding and releasing: Digestion, bowel movements, sweating, and the body's natural excretory systems.
- Mental states: The effects of anger, fear, sadness, joy, stress, and prolonged emotions on the body.
Important distinction: Temperament assessment is a cultural and historical framework of interpretation; it is not a laboratory test, medical examination, or disease diagnosis. At Pearl Therapy, temperament information does not replace current health data; it is used as an additional perspective that personalizes life planning.
Which methods can be considered in ancient healing counseling?
The goal of counseling is not to apply every possible method, but to select the most necessary and appropriate steps. While some individuals may only need to make lifestyle changes as a starting point, others may require expert consultation or face-to-face therapy.
Lifestyle
Small but sustainable steps are prepared for sleep, nutrition, water, exercise, rest, fresh air, work, and stress management.
Foods, Plants and Supplements
Traditional intended use, current evidence, product characteristics, dosage, drug interactions, and individual risks are all considered together.
Cupping Therapy / Wet Cupping
It is a physical procedure involving cupping and controlled superficial blood collection. It is planned in person after suitability assessment.
Dry Cup
This is a traditional procedure performed using vacuum suction without cutting the skin. The area, vacuum pressure, and duration are determined individually.
acupuncture
Fine needles are applied to specific points. The target area, application site, and specialist selection are evaluated according to individual needs.
Medicinal Leeches
It is a physical procedure using live medical material. Due to the risk of bleeding and infection, a thorough suitability assessment is required.
Breathing and Relaxation
Breath awareness, relaxation, and stress management exercises can be planned according to the individual's condition.
Subconscious and Emotional Studies
For intense stress, fear, trauma, or behavioral cycles that affect bodily function, relevant therapy and psychological services may be considered.
Spiritual Order
If it aligns with one's beliefs, practices such as prayer, gratitude, regular worship, adherence to halal practices, and habits that foster spiritual resilience can be discussed.

Healing, Treatment, and Reliance on God from an Islamic and Hanafi Perspective
In Islam, the true source of healing is Allah. The words of Prophet Abraham are stated in the Quran as, "It is He who heals me when I am sick" (Ash-Shu'ara 26:80). This belief does not mean rejecting legitimate means of treatment.
The Prophet Muhammad's encouraging words about seeking treatment and his own use of it demonstrate that relying on means is not contrary to reliance on God. The majority of Islamic scholars consider treatment permissible, recommended, or even a sunnah (recommended practice) depending on the situation; and necessary in cases where abandoning treatment would lead to loss of life or organs.
Healing comes from God.
Medicine, doctors, treatment, and prayer are all means. No method, by itself, is considered a definitive and absolute cure.
Treatment is not contrary to reliance on God.
Seeking legitimate means goes hand in hand with acknowledging that the outcome is in God's hands. Negligence does not count as reliance on God.
Competent Person and Do No Harm
The procedure should be performed by a trained and competent person, and the benefit-risk balance must be considered.
Halal and Clean Ingredients
In Hanafi jurisprudence, one should not resort to treatment with haram or impure substances when halal and pure options are available. Furthermore, the state of necessity must be evaluated by a qualified expert and according to jurisprudential standards.
Privacy
Unnecessary body exposure is avoided. When appropriate, a female practitioner is scheduled for female clients and a male practitioner for male clients.
Prayer and Spiritual Support
The Quran, prayer, and legitimate spiritual practices can support a person's resilience; they are not a substitute for medical evaluation when needed.
Pearl Therapy has clear limitations:
- Fortune telling, divination, or predicting the future are not practiced under the guise of ancient knowledge.
- Amulets, magic, and religiously objectionable practices are not part of the consultation.
- Not every problem should be explained away by attributing it to "demons" or "energy," thus rejecting medical and psychological evaluations.
- Islamic sources, historical information, personal experience, and scientific research are explained separately without being mixed together.

- If available, current test results and reports,
- Allergies and previously experienced side effects,
- My sleep patterns for the past week,

- Apps you've tried before,
- Your three most important goals are:
- Methods you are particularly hesitant about or avoid.

Not everything that is natural is safe for everyone.
Plants, oils, supplements, and traditional practices can have powerful effects. A method that might be beneficial for the right person can be harmful if used at the wrong time, in the wrong dose, or in the wrong health condition.
Be sure to inform us before the consultation.
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or planning a pregnancy,
- Being a child or an elderly person,
- Use of blood thinners or medications that affect clotting,
- Liver, kidney, heart, or serious chronic disease,
- Diabetes and blood sugar lowering medications,
- Low or high blood pressure and blood pressure medications,
- Allergies, asthma, or a history of serious reactions.
- Immunosuppressive therapy, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy,
- Upcoming surgery, recent surgery, or open wound,
- Previous adverse effects experienced after using a plant, supplement, or application.
Basic Safety Rules
- The medication prescribed by your doctor should not be stopped, reduced, or changed on your own.
- Plants and supplements are not automatically considered safe simply because they are “natural”.
- Many new products shouldn't be launched simultaneously; it should be possible to track how each one works.
- Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, children, and those with serious illnesses undergo a stricter eligibility assessment.
- Procedures involving bleeding, infection, or tissue manipulation should be performed by trained and competent personnel.
- New or unexplained symptoms cannot be attributed solely to mood, energy, or "toxins"; medical evaluation may be necessary.
If you have acute symptoms, don't wait for a consultation appointment.
In Belgium, if you experience chest pain, significant shortness of breath, signs of paralysis, fainting, uncontrollable bleeding, a severe allergic reaction, serious injury, or a risk of harming yourself or others, you should call 112 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Why Pearl Therapy Ancient Healing Consultancy?
We are not tied to a single method.
We don't direct everyone who applies to the same process. Eliminating the unnecessary is also part of the right plan.
We distinguish between ancient and contemporary knowledge.

We bring experts together.

We respect beliefs and privacy.
Islamic sensitivities, halal content, gender equality in practitioner preferences, and privacy are all natural parts of the consultation.

We will follow up.
We update the plan as needed by evaluating whether the advice is applied in daily life, and by assessing its benefits and challenges.
Frequently Asked Questions About Ancient Healing Consulting
1. What is ancient healing?
Ancient healing is a broad term describing the knowledge and experience accumulated by past societies regarding health, nutrition, lifestyle, and natural practices. It is not a single, standardized treatment method.
2. Are ancient healing counseling and ancient medical practice the same thing?
No. In counseling, needs, risks, and options are assessed first. Cupping, dry cupping, acupuncture, and leeches are physical applications that are planned separately in person if deemed appropriate.
3. What happens during the first meeting?
Your reasons for applying, medical history, medications and supplements you use, lifestyle, methods you've tried before, and your goals will be discussed. A preliminary roadmap will be determined.
4. Can the consultation be done online?
Yes. Online consultations via video call are possible when appropriate. Physical consultations are not conducted online and are performed in person at a suitable center.
5. Can temperament analysis diagnose illnesses?
No. The temperament approach is a historical and cultural framework for evaluation. It is not a replacement for medical examination, laboratory tests, or a doctor's diagnosis.
6. Are any herbs or supplements recommended during the consultation?
Natural products can be evaluated according to an individual's needs. However, recommendations should not be made arbitrarily without considering drug interactions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, age, allergies, liver and kidney condition, and product safety.
7. Should I stop taking my medication?
No. Medication prescribed by your doctor is not stopped or changed on its own due to Ancient Healing Consulting. The decision regarding medication should be made in consultation with the attending physician.
8. Is this consultation in line with Islamic sensitivities?
Yes. For clients who request it, the belief that healing comes from God, resorting to legitimate means, using halal ingredients, reliance on God, privacy, and preference for male or female practitioners are taken into consideration.
9. In the Hanafi school of thought, is seeking medical treatment contrary to reliance on God (tawakkul)?
No. Seeking legitimate treatment is not contrary to reliance on God. One seeks the means, but believes healing comes from God. However, abandoning necessary treatment in certain situations where there is a risk of life or organ loss may incur religious responsibility.
10. How do I know which ancient practice is right for me?
Your health information, medications you use, your reason for seeking treatment, and the risks involved will be assessed. If a suitable method is found, the reason will be explained; if not, an alternative lifestyle or specialty approach will be suggested.
11. Is a definite result guaranteed in consulting services?
No. In human health, the outcome depends on the individual's condition, the method used, consistency, and many other factors. Realistic goals, a safe plan, and regular follow-up are provided.
