You can contact Pearl Therapy.

Therapy that addresses allergies and the underlying causes that challenge the individual holistically.
Allergy is an overreaction of the immune system to substances such as pollen, house dust mites, animal-derived proteins, mold, certain foods, medications, or insecticides. Symptoms may not be limited to the nose and eyes; the skin, respiratory, digestive, and circulatory systems can also be affected.
In Pearl Therapy, the fundamental question is not simply "Which substance is the allergy to?" Instead, a 360-degree assessment is conducted to determine: "What reaction fears, lingering past events, automatic alarm connections, scratching cycles, excessive control, overly broad avoidance behaviors, family tensions, sleep and environmental conditions are all working together with this allergy, making the person's life difficult?"
The goal of Holistic Master Therapy is not simply to suppress immediate tension. The aim is to identify the underlying subconscious, emotional, behavioral, and life-related causes that can be changed without confusing them with the immune dimension; and to establish a strong internal system that allows the individual to implement their safe allergy plan in a calmer, more balanced, and sustainable way.
A correct understanding of the scope is important: Pearl Therapy does not replace allergy diagnosis, necessary allergen avoidance, prescribed medications, or anaphylaxis management. HMT works alongside and addresses the underlying causes of subconscious alarms, post-reaction trauma, anxiety, behaviors, relationships, and life patterns.
Brief safety warning: If a person experiences difficulty breathing, swelling of the throat or tongue, fainting, or a rapidly spreading systemic reaction, the emergency anaphylaxis plan should be implemented and emergency medical assistance should be sought.

What are allergies and why do they not appear the same in everyone?
In allergies, the immune system perceives a substance that may be harmless to most people as a threat and reacts against it. Some reactions are IgE-mediated and rapid; others occur more slowly through different immune pathways. Therefore, “allergy” is not a single disease or a single symptom.
The same allergen might cause only a runny nose in one person, while in another it could cause widespread hives or a severe systemic reaction. The type of allergen, the amount of exposure, comorbidities, age, environment, and the individual's previous reactions can all alter the course of the symptoms.
Allergy and intolerance are not the same. Food intolerance is usually caused by mechanisms outside the immune system; food allergy, on the other hand, involves an immune response. Simply eliminating a food out of fear or trying it again without controlled evaluation is not the right approach.
What symptoms and life difficulties can be experienced with allergies?
Symptoms vary depending on the type of allergen, the route of exposure, and the individual. Not all of the following findings necessarily indicate an allergy; the goal is for the person to recognize the cycle they are experiencing and to differentiate which areas belong to a safe allergy plan and which areas belong to subconscious and behavioral work.
Sneezing and Runny Nose
Especially during pollen season, in dusty environments, or after contact with animals, repeated sneezing, clear discharge, and nasal itching may occur.
Nasal Congestion
Chronic airway obstruction can lead to mouth breathing, snoring, decreased sleep quality, and daytime fatigue.
Itching and watering eyes.
Redness, burning, watering, swollen eyelids, and the constant need to rub the eyes can make daily concentration difficult.
Skin itching and redness.
As itching, redness, dryness, and irritation increase, the scratching cycle can further stress the skin and disrupt sleep.
Hives and Swelling
Raised, itchy plaques may develop on the skin, or swelling may occur on the lips, eyelids, and other areas.
Eczema Flare-up
In atopic dermatitis, dryness, cracking, itching, and lesions may increase periodically; stress and scratching can aggravate the condition.
Cough and Wheezing
Some allergic conditions can cause coughing, chest tightness, wheezing, or difficulty breathing.
Digestive Symptoms
In food allergies, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or diarrhea may occur with or without skin or respiratory symptoms.
Fatigue and Headache
Congestion, poor sleep, persistent itching, and daily attention span can be accompanied by low energy levels and headaches.
Connection with Season or Environment
Symptoms may become more pronounced during certain months, during household cleaning, in humid environments, at work, or in a specific location.
Fear of Reaction
Even in a safe environment, a person may constantly monitor their body and easily become alarmed by the thought, "What if it happens again?"
Extreme Avoidance and Social Restriction
Fear that goes beyond medically necessary precautions can manifest as avoidance of meals, school, travel, visiting friends and family, and social activities.
How to Differentiate Between Immune-Related and Variable Primary Causes in Allergies?
Pearl Therapy doesn't just attribute allergies to the subconscious. While keeping immune sensitivity, allergen exposure, and bodily predisposition separate, it thoroughly evaluates the fears, traumatic reaction memories, automatic alarms, control and avoidance behaviors, scratching habits, sleep patterns, and family dynamics that significantly impact a person's life.
The same symptom cycle can persist in two people with different underlying causes. One person might perceive every meal as a threat due to fear of a past severe reaction, while another might experience insomnia and anger due to prolonged itching. A uniform approach is not possible without correctly identifying the root causes.
Immune Sensitivity
Allergy is the bodily core of the allergy and is not the same as subconscious conditioning. Knowing which allergen is associated with which reaction is fundamental to a safe allergy plan.
Allergen and Exposure Level
Pollen concentration, house dust, mold, animal, food, contact product, or occupational exposure can affect the timing and severity of symptoms.
Skin and Mucosal Barrier
Skin or respiratory tract barrier properties, dryness, irritation, and accompanying physical conditions can influence the response cycle.
Family and Biological Predisposition
Family history of allergic diseases and an individual's atopic predisposition are considered during evaluation; this is not grounds for accusation.
Environmental Conditions
Air, pollen, humidity, mold, cleaning habits, work environment, household items, and exposure in living spaces are all examined together.
Associated Triggers
Infection, exercise, temperature, sleep deprivation, or other individual factors can alter the threshold for certain reactions.
Post-reaction trauma
A frightening past reaction—such as an ambulance, hospital call, or the feeling of suffocation—can equate even today's safe situations with danger.
Conditioned Subliminal Alarm
The system can automatically trigger an alarm when an odor, restaurant, season, product label, or bodily sensation combines with a previous fear.
Anxiety and Symptom Amplification Cycle
Anxiety isn't an immune response itself; however, it can amplify the cycle of the body scanning, stretching, scratching, and experiencing more intense symptoms.
Avoidance and Control Behaviors
Medically necessary protection differs from the limitations imposed on life by fear. Constantly reading labels, repeatedly asking questions, and avoiding situations can exceed functional limits.
Sleep and Daily Life
Itching, nasal congestion, disrupted sleep, excessive screen time, fatigue, and lack of rest can reduce emotional resilience.
Family and Social Environment
Excessive fear-mongering, underestimating the allergy, different rules, feeling misunderstood at school or work, and social pressure can all increase the burden.
Types of Allergies and the Different Symptoms They Affect
Even if the allergy has the same name, the affected organ, the speed of the reaction, the trigger, and the need for safety can differ. At Pearl Therapy, subconscious and lifestyle work is personalized according to the individual's actual allergy type and safety limits.
Seasonal Allergies and Pollen
Tree, grass, or weed pollens can worsen nasal, eye, and respiratory symptoms during certain seasons.
House Dust Mite Allergy
Year-round nasal, eye, or respiratory complaints related to bedding, carpets, fabrics, and enclosed spaces may occur.
Animal-derived allergens
The reaction can develop not only to the feathers, but also to the animal's dander, saliva, and other proteins.
Mold Allergy
Humid environments, airborne mold spores, and certain workplaces can trigger nasal, ocular, or respiratory symptoms.
Food Allergy
Certain foods can cause skin, digestive, respiratory, or circulatory symptoms; this should not be confused with intolerance.
Drug Allergy
Not every side effect experienced after taking medication is an allergy; genuine allergy suspicions and safety information should be properly documented.
Insect Venom Allergy
Bee or similar insect stings can cause only local swelling in some people, while others may experience a systemic reaction.
Contact Dermatitis
Nickel, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning products, or other contact substances can cause delayed redness and itching on the skin.
Atopic Dermatitis
Skin barrier dysfunction is a chronic condition with intermittent flare-ups, where the immune system, environment, and scratching cycle all play a role.
Urticaria and Angioedema
Raised, itchy plaques and deeper swellings can occur for various reasons, both allergic and non-allergic.
Allergic Asthma
Allergen-related wheezing, coughing, and chest tightness may occur; the individual's breathing plan is separate from and takes priority over the therapy area.
Anaphylaxis
It is a rapid and serious reaction that can affect multiple systems. Subconscious therapy is not an emergency intervention; it focuses on the fear and burden of life that arise after the reaction.
In what areas of life can allergies affect?
The burden of allergies is not limited to the moment of the reaction. The anticipation of symptoms, constant planning, misunderstandings, and safety concerns can significantly impact the daily lives of both the individual and their family.
Sleep and Rest
Nasal congestion, cough, or itching can disrupt falling asleep and resting properly throughout the night.
School and Work Life
Distraction, fatigue, absenteeism, shared spaces, and workplace exposures can all impede performance.
Social Life
When restaurants, parties, travel, sports, and outdoor activities become constant risk-taking scenarios, people may become withdrawn from life.
Diet
In food allergies, safe limits are necessary; when fear leads to cutting out unnecessary foods, it can restrict both nutrition and social life.
Family relations
Disdain from one relative, overprotectiveness from another, or inconsistencies in caregiving norms can create conflict.
Anxiety and Feeling of Security
Interpreting every bodily sensation as a reaction, constantly expecting danger, and fearing being alone can weaken self-confidence.
Skin and Self-Confidence
Visible redness, wounds, and scratch marks can lead to embarrassment, photo avoidance, and social withdrawal.
Travel and Daily Plan
The new environment, language, food, and concerns about access to healthcare can turn even a short trip into an exhausting preparation process.
Economic and Mental Burden
Custom products, job losses, and constant research and monitoring behaviors can drain both the budget and mental energy.
Scientific Research and Survey Results on Allergies
Allergy research indicates that, in addition to the immune response, sleep, anxiety, fear of reaction, family burden, itching/scratching behavior, and quality of life should also be evaluated. Because the studies below examined different allergy types, age groups, and countries, their results cannot be directly applied to a single individual.
2024 US Child Data: 29,5%
According to a report from the CDC (National Center for Health Statistics) based on 2024 household interviews, 29,5% of children reported at least one of the following: seasonal allergies, eczema, or food allergies. Seasonal allergies accounted for 20,6%, eczema 12,7%, and food allergies 5,3%. The categories are not mutually exclusive, and the data are based on self-reported diagnoses. Review the CDC report on childhood allergies..
2024 US Adult Data: 31,7%
The adult report of the same national survey found that 31,7% of participants had at least one of the following: seasonal allergies, eczema, or food allergies. Seasonal allergies were reported at 25,2%, eczema at 7,7%, and food allergies at 6,7%. These percentages are specific to the U.S. population and the survey definitions used; they cannot be directly generalized to other countries. Read the CDC report on adult allergies..
110 Food Allergy Studies in Europe
The systematic review and meta-analysis, updating data from 2012–2021, encompassed a total of 110 studies. Self-reported food allergies were higher than those confirmed by objective testing; the point prevalence confirmed by controlled food testing was calculated as 0,8%. The risk of bias was moderate in most studies, and methodological differences were significant. Examine the European meta-analysis..
Psychological Burden Survey in More Than 20 Countries
The GAPS study surveyed 1.329 adults with food allergies and 1.907 caregivers of children with food allergies. 67,7% of adults and 77,2% of caregivers reported experiencing psychological distress directly related to allergies; reaction anxiety was the most common issue. Because participants were recruited online and on a voluntary basis, the percentages may not be representative of the entire population. Read the GAPS study..
Allergic Rhinitis and Sleep: 27 Studies
A systematic review encompassing twenty-seven observational studies reported that allergic rhinitis is associated with areas such as sleep quality, sleep onset, nighttime functions, and daytime sleepiness. Although the analysis included very large datasets, the quality of evidence was assessed as low to very low; therefore, cause-and-effect interpretations should be made with caution. Examine the sleep meta-analysis..
Mental and Sleep Burden in Allergic Rhinitis
A meta-analysis combining data from forty-nine studies and more than 18 million people reported that anxiety, depression, stress, and sleep problems were more common in the allergic rhinitis group compared to control groups. Country, diagnostic method, age, and sample selection significantly altered the results; the association does not mean that allergy is purely psychological. Read the meta-analysis of mental burden..
Atopic Dermatitis and Psychological Studies
A meta-analysis evaluating eight randomized studies reported that psychological and behavioral studies had a positive mean effect on eczema severity, itching, and scratching. However, the studies were small, the methodologies differed, and the authors emphasized that the evidence was insufficient for a definitive conclusion. This study does not demonstrate that immune susceptibility is eliminated. Examine the meta-analysis of psychological studies..
Atopic Dermatitis and Psychological Health: 31 Articles
A meta-analysis of nine databases evaluated 31 articles. Statistical associations were reported between atopic dermatitis and stress, depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation; publication bias was found in the results for depression and anxiety. The findings suggest the importance of co-operative support but do not prove cause and effect. Read the research on the psychological burden of atopic dermatitis..
Anaphylaxis in Europe: 49 Studies
A systematic review examining the epidemiology of anaphylaxis in Europe screened 5.843 records and included 49 studies. The lifetime prevalence of anaphylaxis was estimated at approximately 0,3%; food, drugs, insect stings, and latex were among the most common triggers. Data sources and definitions varied between countries. View the anaphylaxis systematic review..
Reaction Perception and Anxiety: 50 Children and Young People
A randomized study of 50 children and adolescents receiving oral peanut immunotherapy reported that framing non-life-threatening symptoms impacted family anxiety, team calls, and treatment experience. This finding is specific to the context of expert-supervised immunotherapy; it does not support at-home allergen trial or downplaying serious symptoms. Examine randomized trials..
The common message of the scientific findings is this: While the immune and safety aspects of allergy assessment are considered, anxiety, sleep, trauma, scratching behavior, family burden, and quality of life should not be overlooked. These studies do not prove that Pearl Therapy HMT eliminates allergies or immune sensitization; scientific information is one component used in the 360-degree personalized assessment of HMT.
How does the allergy therapy process progress?
In Pearl Therapy, the process begins by distinguishing between the individual's type of allergy, their actual safety limits, and the variable stresses they experience in their daily life. A detailed examination is conducted to determine which reactions occur, when the individual experiences fear, and which behaviors are protective while others unnecessarily restrict their life.
The goal is not to remove necessary protection or expose someone to the allergen. The goal is to empower the individual to regain control of their life by fundamentally altering the cycles of trauma, automatic alarms, panic, overcontrol, scratching, sleep disturbances, and family conflict that build around a safe environment.
1. Detailed Preliminary Identification
The forms are reviewed along with allergy history, reactions experienced, triggers, safety plan, sleep, stress, family, school or work, and daily behaviors.
2. Identifying the Main Causes
The root causes of the problem are identified in the first session. Without confusing it with immune sensitivity, the subconscious, emotional, behavioral, relational, and environmental factors that challenge the individual are identified.
3. Allergy and Safety Map
Known allergens, past symptoms, necessary precautions, the individual's plans, and uncertain areas are clarified; therapy does not involve allergen testing or exposure therapy.
4. Emotional Traces After the Reaction
The frightening reactions to events such as hospitalization, feelings of suffocation, loneliness, being belittled, or being blamed have an immediate emotional impact.
5. Subliminal Alarm Connections
The study examines the points where a food item's appearance, smell, season, location, label, or bodily sensation automatically associates with danger.
6. Regulating the Behavioral Cycle
Medically necessary protection is maintained; behaviors such as constant monitoring, repeated reassurance, and excessive avoidance or scratching are made functional.
7. Family and Social Communication
Clearly communicating needs at home, school, work, restaurants, and while traveling aims to reduce dismissal, panic, and inconsistent rules.
8. Sleep and Lifestyle Routine
Sleep, rest, screen time, itching routine, stress, movement, planning, and social participation are transformed into a system applicable to the individual.
9. Strengthening Follow-up and Retention
The changes made during the session are monitored to see how they translate into real life; the plan is updated as needed in response to new seasons, environments, or life events.
The first session is not just a brief introduction. Depending on the session duration, the individual is thoroughly understood, the root causes of the problem are identified, suitability for subconscious work is assessed, and the initial steps of a personalized path to change are determined. Initial sessions of appropriate duration can also serve as an introduction to therapy and preparation for subsequent sessions.
How does subconscious-based holistic master therapy work in the treatment of allergies?
HMT does not evaluate a person solely based on sneezing, itching, or food consumption. While immunity and safety information are preserved, subconscious patterns, fear of reaction, trauma, automatic body alarms, behaviors, family, social environment, sleep, and lifestyle patterns are considered as parts of the same whole.
Subconscious methods such as hypnosis, EFT, EMDR, regression, breathwork, Sedona, and imagination can be evaluated within the HMT system according to the individual's age, needs, consent, and suitability. It is not stated that every method is suitable for everyone; sessions do not involve administering allergens, applying them to the skin, or exposing individuals to substances that would compromise safety plans.
Subliminal Danger Records
The root cause of beliefs reinforced by past events, such as "Every food is dangerous," "Something bad will happen to me if I'm alone," or "I can't trust my body," is explored.
Post-reaction trauma
If the sight, sound, sensation of breathing, or the panic of the hospital or surroundings of a frightening reaction are dominating present-day life, then the emotional imprint is addressed at its root.
Anxiety and Panic Cycle
Instead of immediately interpreting bodily sensations as danger, constantly checking, and amplifying the alarm, a calm assessment system is established.
Automatic Trigger Links
Automatic associations established between fear and season, place, smell, food sight, or social environment are rearranged within safe boundaries.
Avoidance and Control Behaviors
While necessary allergen protection continues, unnecessary avoidance, rechecking, and reassurance-seeking behaviors added by fear are reduced.
The Itch-Scratch Cycle
Stress, anxiety, or habit trigger the scratching response; new regulatory pathways that do not further irritate the skin are reinforced.
Family and Relationship System
Instead of overprotection, condescension, differing rules, feelings of guilt, and constant panic, open information, shared boundaries, and secure communication are established.
Sleep, Stress, and Life Rhythm
Insomnia, inability to rest, disrupted routines, and constant alertness, which increase the symptom burden, are addressed with a personalized life plan.
360-Degree Personalized System
Immunity, subconscious, emotions, behavior, body, family, environment, and daily life are integrated into the same roadmap without being confused with one another.
HMT's key difference is its ability to discriminate: The real risk of allergens should not be underestimated; nor should areas where fear unnecessarily restricts life be dismissed with a simple "there are allergies, nothing can be done." The boundaries that need protection are maintained, and the root causes of subconscious and behavioral changes that can be altered are addressed.

How can you support a loved one who is experiencing allergies?
The right support is a balanced approach between downplaying the allergy and trapping the person in fear. By taking real safety precautions seriously, loved ones can empower the individual to make informed decisions, manage their social life, and build self-confidence.
Believe and Don't Blame
Saying "You're exaggerating" or "You're making a big deal out of it" undermines trust. Listen to the symptoms and fear without judgment.
Learn the Security Plan.
Know the person's actual allergens, protection limits, and emergency plan; don't experiment with risky treatments based on your own interpretation.
Don't magnify excessive fear.
Describing every situation as a disaster can reinforce an automatic alarm in a child or adult. Use clear, calm, and practical language.
Talk about the tangible effects.
Explain the therapy option with concrete observations such as, "I notice he's withdrawn from social life, checks up on me at night, and is very tired."
Make the First Session Easier
Plan the initial steps together, such as appointment research, form completion, transportation, or online connection; leave the final decision up to the individual.
Adjust your own approach.
Even if the person doesn't yet seek therapy, relatives can begin discussions to learn about family dynamics regarding anxiety, communication, boundaries, and support systems.
You can take the first step today, for yourself or someone you love. The goal is not to force the individual; it is to create a safe environment for change that prevents fear of reactivity and constant alarm from controlling life, while preserving genuine security.
What changes are targeted with allergy therapy?
The goal is not to make someone say "You don't have allergies" or to ignore the real risk. The goal is to live more freely and balanced lives by consciously maintaining necessary protection while fundamentally changing the burdens of fear, trauma, automatic alarms, behaviors, and relationships.
Reduction in Fear of Reaction
The individual distinguishes more clearly between real risk and the scenario generated by anxiety; they do not constantly expect disaster when they are in a safe situation.
Releasing Traumatic Burden
The image and body sensation of past reactions cease to govern all current decisions; the individual makes a calmer assessment.
Balanced Protection
Real allergen limits are maintained; unnecessary food, place, and activity restrictions imposed by fear are reduced.
Setting up the Automatic Alarm
Instead of a thoughtless panic arising from a label, smell, season, restaurant, or bodily sensation, a controlled response system is strengthened.
Itching and Scratching Control
Stress or habitual scratching triggers are identified; new behaviors are established that do not further irritate the skin.
Sleep and Energy Patterns
Nighttime monitoring, which works in conjunction with symptom burden, reduces tension, irregular routine, and mental alertness.
Open Communication and Boundaries
The person openly and calmly expresses their needs at school, work, family, or in a restaurant, without feeling embarrassed or panicked.
Common System Within the Family
Underestimation, overprotection, and inconsistent practices decrease; a safe and sustainable collaborative approach develops.
Quality of Life and Control
The person takes the presence of the allergy into account but doesn't reduce their entire life accordingly; they participate more strongly in social life and daily goals.
Online and In-Person Allergy Therapy
Fear of reaction, traumatic experiences, behavioral cycles, family communication, and life patterns can be addressed online or in person when appropriate. The format of the consultation is planned according to the individual's age, need for privacy, country of residence, level of participation, and the goal to be achieved.
Online Individual Therapy
Adults and eligible young people can participate in the personalized HMT process via video call from anywhere in the world.
Face to Face Therapy
In a private and non-judgmental environment at the center, the individual's reaction history, triggers, and life cycle are examined in detail.
Parent and Family Meeting
If the child is young or family anxiety is evident, safe routines, communication, and boundaries can be worked on together with the parents.
Participation from Different Countries
Life, school, work, culture, and language conditions in your country are taken into account in your personalized plan.
Flexible Session Schedule
Depending on the need, individual counseling, family involvement, and follow-up sessions can be arranged within the same change plan.
Private and Secure Working
The session does not involve allergen exposure; the individual's consent, privacy, and actual safety boundaries and comfort are protected.
Who might be a suitable candidate for allergy therapy?
The study is not limited to a single type of allergy. The common criterion is the presence of a variable subconscious, emotional, behavioral, relational, or environmental burden that works in conjunction with the allergy and makes the person's life difficult.
People with Seasonal Allergies
Those who experience intense anticipatory anxiety, social avoidance, and disruption to their daily routines in addition to symptoms during pollen season can still work.
People with Food Allergies
Those who wish to address fear of reaction, excessive control, social restriction, and past reaction trauma while maintaining necessary protection can participate.
People with Skin Allergies and Eczema
The emotional burden of itching/scratching, stress, embarrassment, sleep disturbance, and visible skin symptoms can be studied.
Children and Parents
School, nutrition, social activities, safety plans, and family concerns can be addressed with parental involvement, according to the child's age.
Those who have experienced reaction trauma
Those who experience fear of suffocation, fainting, or being alone in any environment after a past reaction can do root canal work.
Overly Avoidant and Controlling
Those who leave more food, environment, or activity than is necessary for safety, and who constantly check labels and sizes, may be employed.
People Experiencing Sleep and Functional Loss
Individuals who cannot sleep due to nasal problems, skin irritation, or anxiety, and who experience decreased energy and performance during the day, can create a holistic sleep plan.
Caregivers and Relatives
Individuals who experience persistent fear, guilt, burnout, and overwhelming responsibility for their child or loved one can begin their own therapy process.
Those Whose Social Lives Are Restricted
Individuals who have withdrawn from restaurants, social gatherings, schools, travel, and work life can reinforce their living space within safe boundaries.
Security, Consent, and Privacy
Clear boundaries are essential for effective allergy therapy. Subconscious therapy is not a procedure performed against the person's will or exposure to the allergen; safety information, consent, and privacy are fundamental to the process.
Allergen testing is not performed during sessions.
Feeding food, applying products to the skin, or intentionally exposing someone to pollen or other allergens are not part of an HMT session.
The Security Plan Will Not Be Broken
Just because therapy is progressing doesn't mean the person is told to avoid their confirmed allergen or to abandon their emergency plan.
Unnecessary bans are not created.
Long, unproven food lists, random eliminations, or new fear-based prohibitions are not presented as a therapy plan.
Client's Consent is Essential
The methods are explained; individuals are not forced into work they do not understand, do not want to do, or are not ready for.
Family Safety in Children
Age-appropriate participation of the child, parental knowledge, and joint practices at school and home ensure physical and emotional safety.
Confidential Information is Protected
Health history, fears, family relationships, and session content are discussed in a private and non-judgmental environment.
Why Pearl Therapy for Allergy Therapy?
The goal of Pearl Therapy is not to say, "Your allergy is purely psychological." While protecting the immune and safety aspects, the underlying subconscious, emotional, behavioral, familial, and environmental causes that make a person's life difficult are correctly identified, and a powerful, personalized change system is established.
Root Cause Focused Study
The reaction trauma, automatic alarm, family cycle, and life circumstances behind apparent fear or avoidance are investigated.
Subconscious-Based HMT
Subconscious records and psychological, emotional, behavioral, relational, and life aspects are addressed within a single system.
360-Degree Holistic Approach
A person is evaluated not only by their reactions, but also in conjunction with their sleep, family, school, work, social life, environment, and daily behavior.
The Correct Distinction Between Security and Anxiety
The true allergen boundary is maintained; areas of control and avoidance, unnecessarily amplified by fear, are clearly defined.
Personalized Therapy Plan
Goals are personalized based on allergy type, reaction history, age, underlying subconscious factors, family, and living conditions.
The Coexistence of Ancient and Modern Knowledge
Appropriate modern scientific knowledge, subconscious methods, and Pearl Therapy's ancient holistic approach are combined on a case-by-case basis.
A system that involves the family in the process.
Especially in children, family concerns, safe language, shared rules, and daily practices are important parts of the change process.
Online and In-Person Options
Depending on the individual's and family's needs, in-person sessions at the center or, where appropriate, online sessions via video calls can be planned.
Female and Male Therapist Options
In one-on-one sessions, assigning female therapists to female clients and male therapists to male clients can enhance comfort and privacy.
Clear Roadmap in the First Session
The first session identifies the root causes of the problem; the initial steps of a personalized path to change are determined for the individual and family.
How many sessions does allergy therapy take?
The number of sessions is not determined solely by the name of the "allergy." The depth of the reaction fear being addressed, the number of past events, automatic behaviors, sleep patterns, family history, individual participation, and the speed at which the reaction is integrated into daily life are all evaluated; therefore, the same number of sessions is not given to everyone before the first session.
A Single Main Root
A traumatic lingering reaction to a particular response or a fear of confined spaces may require a more focused approach.
Multiple Loops
If trauma, panic, overcontrol, scratching, sleep disorders, and family conflict occur together, the root causes are addressed sequentially.
Allergy Type and Life Burden
Seasonal nasal symptoms and the fear of a severe reaction are not the same as requiring therapy.
Family Involvement
A shared language of safety at home, consistent boundaries, and calm enforcement can strengthen the process of making changes a reality.
Regular Follow-up
The plan is updated and the achievements are strengthened if new needs arise in different seasons, school, work, travel, or social settings.
Personalized Results
The same results or elimination of immune sensitivity are not guaranteed for everyone in the same timeframe. The focus is on achieving results in areas with variable underlying causes.
Frequently Asked Questions About Allergy Treatment and Therapy
Will the allergy completely disappear?
The course of allergies varies depending on the type, age, immune sensitivity, and individual circumstances; HMT does not guarantee the elimination of immune sensitivity. Pearl Therapy addresses the root causes of variable reactions associated with allergies, such as fear, trauma, automatic alarms, behaviors, and life burdens.
Are allergies caused by subconscious factors?
At the core of allergies is an immune system response; it's not accurate to attribute this solely to the subconscious. Subconscious patterns, stress, past fears of reactions, and learned behaviors can strongly influence how a person perceives, manages, and restricts their symptoms.
What happens during the first session?
The root causes of the problem are identified in the first session. A personalized treatment plan is created by considering allergy history, past reactions, actual safety limits, triggers, fears, traumatic events, automatic behaviors, sleep, family and environmental factors.
What subconscious techniques are used in the sessions?
Not everyone is suited for the same approach. Depending on the individual's age, needs, consent, and suitability, methods such as Hypnosis, EFT, EMDR, Regression, Breathwork, Sedona, and Imagination can be considered within HMT.
How does therapy work for food allergies?
Confirmed food avoidance continues; therapy does not involve feeding allergens or conducting home trials. Reaction trauma, overcontrol, undue extensive avoidance, social restriction, family anxiety, and behaviors related to implementing a safe plan are addressed.
What does HMT target in skin allergies and itching?
The physical and immune aspects of the skin are considered separately. HMT addresses stress-induced scratching, embarrassment, sleep disturbances, automatic behaviors, emotional triggers, and daily care routines in a personalized manner.
Is online allergy therapy available?
Yes, reactions to fear, trauma, behavior, family communication, and lifestyle changes can be addressed through video calls with qualified individuals. Online sessions are not an allergen test or an emergency intervention service.
Can children receive allergy therapy?
The intervention plan can be tailored to the child's age, development, and participation; parents' safety language, concerns, school communication, and home routines are often incorporated into the process. The child is not frightened or forced to experiment with risky allergens.
How many sessions are needed?
The number of sessions varies depending on the number of root causes, past reactive load, behavioral cycles, family involvement, and the speed of real-life implementation. Needs are identified during the initial assessment, and a personalized plan is created.
Can HMT replace allergy treatment plans or medications?
No. HMT does not replace the immune and physical safety plan; it helps resolve subconscious alarm, anxiety, trauma, behavioral, relational, and life pattern burdens that run around it. The individual's true allergen boundaries are preserved during therapy.
