"Holistic Practices for Balancing Your Chakras, Aura, and Energy Body"

At Pearl Therapy, energy-focused practices such as Reiki, BioEnergy, Quantum Energy, and BioResonance are used for relaxation, inner balance, body awareness, spiritual well-being, and personal wellness experiences . Some sessions are in person, while others may be scheduled remotely/online depending on the nature of the treatment.

What are energy applications?

Energy applications are a general term for practices used in various traditional, spiritual, and complementary schools of thought to enhance a person's mind-body experience, state of relaxation, and subjective well-being, often referred to as "energy balance."

The concepts of aura, chakras, and energy body used in these practices are not organs as defined by modern anatomy; they are concepts from traditional and spiritual models. Pearl Therapy uses these concepts within its own holistic approach, while keeping them separate from claims of medical diagnosis and disease treatment.

What do Aura, Chakra, and Energy Body Mean?

Aura

In spiritual and esoteric traditions, it is a concept referring to the energy field believed to surround a person's physical body. It is not an anatomical structure verified by modern science.

Chakra

In traditional systems of Indian origin, chakras refer to energy centers in the body. The number and meaning of chakras may vary in different schools of thought; in modern anatomy, they are not defined as physical organs.

Energy Body

It is a holistic concept that describes a person's emotional, mental, or spiritual experiences, in addition to their physical body, using the metaphor of "energy."

Energy Balancing

In energy work, this refers to a session experience aimed at helping a person feel more balanced, calm, relaxed, and whole; it does not mean laboratory-verified energy level measurements.

Important distinction: In Pearl Therapy, terms like "aura cleansing," "chakra balancing," and "energy body work" are used in spiritual/holistic practice. They are not used in the context of disease diagnosis, medical imaging, or cleansing a biological organ.

How are energy applications handled in Pearl Therapy?

Not everyone seeking energy healing has the same expectations. Some clients desire relaxation, meditation-like tranquility, or a spiritual experience; while others want to learn about Reiki, Bio Energy, or Bio Resonance.

Determining Expectations

The reasons for your attendance at the session, the experience you are seeking, and your expectations from the energy applications will be clarified.

Decomposition of the Application

Reiki, Bioenergy, Quantum Energy, and Bioresonance differ in their application principles and in-person/remote options.

Realistic Limits

Energy sessions are not offered as a substitute for medical diagnosis or proven treatment. The realm of relaxation, mindfulness, and holistic wellness is kept separate from the realm of medical treatment.

Personalized Experience

The therapy session is planned according to the individual's preferences, comfort level, beliefs, and chosen method; the same approach is not applied to everyone.

⭐ Reiki Session

Reiki is a complementary/spiritual practice that originated in Japan, where the practitioner gently places their hands on or near the person's body; in some schools, it can also be practiced remotely.

Clients often choose Reiki for relaxation, calmness, introspection, and well-being. Clinical studies have examined outcomes such as pain, anxiety, stress, and quality of life; while results show positive signs, the evidence is inconclusive.

⭐ Bio Energy Session

The term "BioEnergy" can be used with different meanings among different practitioners and schools of thought. In Pearl Therapy, it refers to a complementary practice that focuses on a person's energy balance, relaxation, and holistic well-being experience.

In scientific literature, practices such as Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Healing Touch, and similar techniques are often studied under the heading of biofield therapies . The results of these studies are heterogeneous and do not prove that the "human energy field" is a verifiable structure in modern biophysics.

→ Please review the Bio Energy Session page in detail.

⭐ Quantum Energy Session

The term "Quantum Energy" is used in the fields of personal development and spiritual practices. It should not be assumed that the concept of "quantum" in quantum physics is the same as a clinically proven therapeutic mechanism.

At Pearl Therapy, this service should be approached within the framework of spiritual/holistic energy work and personal well-being experiences; it should not be presented with scientific claims that it "corrects" or cures physical illnesses at the quantum level.

→ Review the Quantum Energy Session page in detail.

⭐ Bioresonance Technology / Device Application

Bioresonance is a general term for complementary methods based on the claim that certain devices perform evaluations and applications using electromagnetic signals or frequencies. The devices and protocols used may vary depending on the manufacturer.

Some small clinical studies on bioresonance have been published; however, the evidence base is limited, and the method should not be considered a standard device for making medical diagnoses or confirming disease. Bioresonance results, especially in cases of allergies, cancer, infections, psychiatric illnesses, or other serious conditions, should not replace medical testing.

Which energy applications can be done online, and which can be done in person?

The session format for energy applications varies depending on the method. Reiki and some spiritual energy practices can be performed remotely, depending on the approach of the relevant school of thought. Applications requiring physical devices or electrodes, such as Bio Resonance, should be done in person.

Depending on the approach used, face-to-face or remote session options may be considered.

Quantum Energy

Pearl Therapy's session approach can be scheduled remotely or in person; it does not imply device or clinical quantum technology.

Bio Resonance

Applications requiring devices and physical connection are performed in person.

Why Pearl Therapy for Energy Remedies?

Multiple Application Options

Reiki, Bioenergy, Quantum Energy, and Bioresonance can be considered separately under the same heading.

Holistic Approach

The session is not treated solely as a technical exercise, but rather as a process focused on the client's goals of relaxation, awareness, spiritual well-being, and personal experience.

Online and In-Person Options

Depending on the nature of the application, face-to-face or remote sessions can be scheduled.

Avoiding Confusion of Concepts

Aura and chakras are presented as spiritual concepts; Bio Resonance device application is offered as a separate, complementary method.

Realistic Information

Both the positive and limited aspects of clinical trials are discussed; claims such as "science has completely proven it" are avoided.

Coordinated Service

If the client's needs extend beyond energy application, other Pearl Therapy services such as therapy, coaching, or appropriate healthcare may also be considered.

What do scientific studies show about Reiki, Biofield, and Bioresonance applications?

Reiki and similar biofield practices have been studied in scientific research, particularly for their effects on pain, anxiety, stress, relaxation, and quality of life. While some meta-analyses and studies report positive results, other systematic reviews indicate that the evidence is of low certainty, based on small sample sizes, and heterogeneous.

There is no accepted anatomical or biophysical evidence from clinical studies that confirms the existence of concepts such as "aura," "chakra," or "energy body." Clinical studies on bioresonance are also limited, and there is no strong evidence to support its use as a substitute for standard medical diagnosis/treatment.

Scientific framework: The following studies investigate some subjective and clinical outcomes of energy applications. They are not studies that directly and scientifically prove all aspects of Pearl Therapy's energy applications or the concepts of aura or chakras.

1. 2026 – Reiki and Therapeutic Touch in Palliative Care: 9 Workshops, 415 Participants

The 2026 systematic review examined 9 studies and 415 participants. Some studies reported improvements in outcomes such as pain, anxiety, fatigue, stress, sleep, and relaxation; however, study quality and methods were heterogeneous. The authors assessed the certainty of evidence as very low, stating that a definitive conclusion about efficacy could not be drawn.

10. 2021 – Bioresonance and Depression: A Comparative Study of 140 People

In a study evaluating 140 depression patients in three groups, bioresonance, bioresonance + medication, and medication alone groups were compared, and some score differences were reported. However, the study was not blinded, sham-controlled, and did not have a robust randomized design; therefore, it cannot be considered a definitive proof of the effectiveness of bioresonance in treating depression.

Frequently Asked Questions About Healing, Energy, Aura, and Chakra Practices

1. What are energy applications?

Reiki is a broad term encompassing bioenergy and similar spiritual/complementary practices. It is often chosen for relaxation, inner balance, awareness, and well-being experiences.

2. Has the existence of auras been scientifically proven?

In spiritual traditions, the aura is defined as the energy field surrounding a person. In modern anatomy or biophysics, it is not considered a clinically validated organ or a measurable standard energy field.

3. Do chakras really exist?

Chakra is a concept of energy centers used in traditional/spiritual systems of Indian origin. In modern anatomy, it is not defined as a physical organ. It can be used in a symbolic and holistic framework in therapy sessions.

4. What does aura or chakra cleansing mean?

In spiritual practice, these terms describe energy work aimed at helping a person feel more balanced, lighter, or relaxed. It is not, in a medical sense, toxin cleansing or the purging of a physical organ.

5. Has Reiki been scientifically researched?

Yes. There are randomized trials, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses for Reiki. Some studies have reported positive effects on pain, anxiety, or stress; however, because the quality of studies and results are heterogeneous, it is not considered definitive medical evidence.

6. Is Quantum Energy a medical treatment based on quantum physics?

No. “Quantum Energy” is a service name used in the fields of personal development and spirituality. It does not refer to an accepted clinical mechanism demonstrating the direct application of scientific concepts in quantum physics to disease treatment.

7. Can bioresonance diagnose diseases?

Bioresonance devices make various claims; however, they are not a validated medical diagnostic method to replace standard laboratory tests, imaging, or physician diagnoses. Diagnosis or treatment decisions for serious health problems should not be made based solely on bioresonance results.

8. Can energy applications be done online?

Some Reiki and energy schools use remote sessions. However, applications requiring physical devices, electrodes, or contact cannot be done online. At Pearl Therapy, the session format is determined according to the chosen application.

9. Can energy applications replace therapy or medical treatment?

No. Energy applications should be considered a complementary/spiritual wellness service. Appropriate therapy or health evaluation is also required when there is a clinical psychological problem, illness, or medical symptom.

10. How many energy therapy sessions are needed?

The individual's treatment goals, preferred method, and subjective experience vary. Therefore, the same exact number of sessions is not given to everyone, and a guarantee of cure with a specific number of sessions is not offered.
